Studying reading and writing is relevant in the field of civil engineering because we need it on our daily lives.When we are proficient in reading and writing, understanding what we do in the field will be easy. Proficiency in reading and in writing also improves our communication skills with our clients.
An example of this is when we are given a project, we need to know how to read so that we can understand what the client wants in the project. Reading and writing is also needed when we are planning how to make the project given to us. When we are good in writing, we can easily give our clients progress reports so that they will know how the project is going.
